What kind of photos work best? Upload original, high-resolution photos with good lighting and clear faces. Please avoid screenshots, blurry pictures, or dark lighting. If your photo quality is too low, our team will email you for a better one!
Can I use pet photos or photos of other people? Absolutely! We specialize in pets (dogs, cats, etc.). You can also use photos of people, provided you have their permission to use the image.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we start working on your custom art immediately, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Please email us ASAP if you need to make a change.
Can I return my custom item? Since every product is 100% personalized for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for wrong size selections or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Do you do group or bulk orders? Yes! We love creating matching sets for families, couples, and events. Contact us for special assistance with large orders.
