3. Processing & Production Time Because every item is uniquely customized and made-to-order just for you, please allow 3-7 business days for our design and production team to process your order before it ships. (Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time).
4. Estimated Delivery Time Once dispatched, the estimated transit time within the United States is 7-15 business days. Total expected time from order placement to delivery: 10-22 business days.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update the latest status.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are strictly responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, we are not responsible for covering the replacement or reshipping costs. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase!
7. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly to file a claim.
