3. Customization Details
Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Name for the first T-shirt
- Name for the second T-shirt
- Special year
Names and the year will be printed exactly as submitted. Please check the spelling and numbers carefully before sending your information.
4. Processing & Care
- Design Preview: 1–2 business days
- Production: 3–5 business days after approval
- Shipping: Varies by destination
Machine wash cold and inside out. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly over the printed design.
5. Size & Custom Policy
Please check both size guides before ordering. Select the size for each T-shirt separately. A 1–3 cm measurement difference may occur.
Personalized items cannot be returned for incorrect sizing, spelling errors, an incorrect year submitted by the customer, or changes of mind after design approval. Confirmed printing or manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement.
