Only send the information required for your selected design. Your personalization will be printed exactly as submitted, so please check all spelling, wording and numbers carefully.

- Production: 3–5 business days after approval
- Estimated Delivery: 10–15 days

5. Size & Custom Policy
Please check the appropriate size guide before ordering. A 1–3 cm measurement difference may occur due to manual measurement.
Personalized items cannot be returned due to incorrect sizing, customer-submitted spelling or number errors, or a change of mind after design approval. Confirmed printing or manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement.
